Biography

John Arledge (born Johnson Lundy Arledge) was an American film and stage actor. He appeared in dozens of supporting roles in Hollywood productions of the 1930s and 1940s.

His credits include Flirtation Walk (1934) as Spike Dukowe, Gone with the Wind (1939) as a dying soldier (uncredited), The Grapes of Wrath (1940) as Davis, and Dark Passage (1947) as the lonely man at the bus station (uncredited). He also featured in Strange Cargo (1940) as Dufond.
