Biography
Jon Brown is a British screenwriter and executive producer. He has written episodes of the Channel 4 series Fresh Meat (2011–2016) and the HBO series Succession (2018–2023).
Brown created and wrote the E4 comedy Dead Pixels (2019–2021). His other writing credits include Veep (HBO), Peep Show (Channel 4), Misfits (E4), Babylon (Channel 4), Loaded (Channel 4), Avenue 5 (HBO) and the feature film Cuban Fury (2014). He also wrote for A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon (2019).
He has served as executive producer and showrunner on The Franchise (2024) for HBO and as executive producer on Mountainhead (2025). Brown has won three Primetime Emmy Awards for his work on Succession.
