Biography
Joseph Balderrama is a Mexican-British actor. Born in Mexico City, he moved to the United Kingdom at the age of ten. He trained at the University of Glasgow and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
His film roles include James Horne in Stan & Ollie (2018), the Lead Detective in The Batman (2022), Carlos in Uncharted (2022), and Rico Fazio in F1 (2025). On television he plays Julio Spring in the Netflix series Heartstopper (2022–). His voice work includes characters in the video games It Takes Two (2021) and Diablo IV (2024). He has been married to Coco Wake-Porter since 2009.
