Biography
Joseph Garner is an American film producer. He served as a producer on the 2024 film Joker: Folie à Deux, directed by Todd Phillips, alongside Phillips and Emma Tillinger Koskoff.
Garner previously worked as executive producer on the 2019 film Joker. His other credits include producing War Dogs (2016).
