Biography
Josh Appelbaum is an American screenwriter, television writer, producer and showrunner. He attended Riverdale Country School in New York with his longtime collaborator André Nemec, and later studied at the University of Southern California.
He wrote seven episodes of the series Alias (2001) and rose to co-executive producer on the show. His other television credits include creating October Road (2007) and work on Life on Mars (2008) and Happy Town (2010). Film writing includes Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol (2011), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) and its sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016). He has also contributed to series such as Citadel (2023).
