Biography
Josh Lieb is an American writer and television producer. He was raised in Columbia, South Carolina, and graduated from Harvard University, where he edited The Harvard Lampoon.
After beginning his career writing for NewsRadio, he worked as a producer and writer on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (2006–2010), winning seven Primetime Emmy Awards. He later served as showrunner on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Lieb contributed to The Simpsons as co-executive producer and writer of the episode 'Tales from the Public Domain' (2002). His other television credits include Silicon Valley, What We Do in the Shadows and Sirens.
He has also written the young adult novels I Am a Genius of Unspeakable Evil and I Want to Be Your Class President (2009), a New York Times bestseller, Ratscalibur (2015) and Chapter Two is Missing (2019).
