Biography
Joy Cretton is a costume designer. She has worked extensively in independent films and on larger productions, frequently in collaboration with her brother, director Destin Daniel Cretton.
Her credits as costume designer include Short Term 12 (2013), The Glass Castle (2017) and American Born Chinese (2023). She served as assistant costume designer on Just Mercy (2019) and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021), and as costume designer on the series Wonder Man (2026). She was born in Haiku on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
