Biography
Julie Forsyth is an Australian actress. She attended Monash University in Melbourne from 1976, initially studying for a BA with the aim of becoming a teacher of French and English. She has been active since 1984 and is particularly noted for her stage work with companies including Belvoir, Melbourne Theatre Company and Malthouse Theatre.
Her screen credits include voice roles as Sheep in Babe (1995), multiple characters in Harvie Krumpet (2003), and Bus Stop Mother / Kissing Woman in Mary and Max (2009). On television she has appeared as Lorraine Evelyn in Wentworth (2013) and Mrs Mueller in the film The Power of the Dog (2021). She also played Haiwyn Sinclair in the series Dead Gorgeous (2010).
