Biography
Kaitlin Olson is an American actress and comedian. She trained with The Groundlings improvisational theatre in Los Angeles and began her career with recurring roles in series such as Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Olson is best known for her role as Deandra "Sweet Dee" Reynolds in the comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005–present). She starred as Mackenzie "Mickey" Murphy in The Mick (2017–2018) and has portrayed DJ Vance in Hacks (2021–). Her film credits include The Heat (2013), Vacation (2015) and the voice of Destiny in Finding Dory (2016). She received a Primetime Emmy nomination for her performance in the short-form series Flipped (2020) and further nominations for guest work in Hacks.
Olson has been married to actor Rob McElhenney, her co-star on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, since 2008.
