Biography

Karl Collins is a British actor born in Nottingham. He trained at the Central Junior Television Workshop as a child and began appearing in television programmes including Dramarama.

He is known for television roles including DC Danny Glaze in The Bill (1999–2003), Louis Loveday in Hollyoaks (2015–2019) and Shaun Temple in Doctor Who (2009–2023). Other credits include Noah in Trying (2020–2024), Robbie in Black Mirror (2011), Dennis' Dad in Attack the Block (2011) and Henry's Lawyer in The Flash (2023).

Collins has also appeared in Midsomer Murders, Shetland, Vera, Death in Paradise and The End of the F***ing World, and has worked extensively in theatre, including productions at the National Theatre.
