Biography
Katherine Dow Blyton is an English actress. She was born on 20 November 1964 in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear, and made her screen debut in an episode of the crime series Cracker in 1995. Her first film role came the following year as a nurse in Brassed Off.
She has appeared in numerous British television series, including Hollyoaks (2001–2005) as Sally Hunter and Emmerdale (2013–2022) as Harriet Finch. Other credits include This Is England '86 (2010), This Is England '88 (2011) and This Is England '90 (2015) as Chrissy, Brassic (2023) as Geraldine, and the film Giant (2025) as Alma Ingle. She is the first cousin twice removed of children's author Enid Blyton.
