Biography
Katherine Warren (also credited as Katharine Warren or Katharine C. Warren) was an American film and television actress. She began her career on stage, making her debut in 1927 at the Repertory Theatre of Boston and later appearing in Broadway productions including Cyrano de Bergerac (1936). She worked with repertory companies and in summer stock before transitioning to screen roles in the late 1940s.
Warren appeared in over 30 films and numerous television programmes between 1930 and 1963. She is noted for her performances as Mrs. Burden in All the King's Men (1949), Grace Crocker in The Prowler (1951), and Mrs. Keith in The Caine Mutiny (1954). Other credits include The Glenn Miller Story (1954) and episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents and Bonanza.
