Biography
Kathleen Quinlan is an American actress. She was born on 19 November 1954 in Pasadena, California, and raised in Mill Valley. Her credited film debut came in George Lucas's American Graffiti (1973).
Quinlan received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama for her performance in I Never Promised You a Rose Garden (1977). She earned Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Marilyn Lovell in Apollo 13 (1995). Other credits include The Doors (1991), Event Horizon (1997), The Hills Have Eyes (2006), and television appearances in House (2004), Prison Break (2005), and How to Get Away with Murder (2014). She has also worked in stage productions.
