Biography
Katsuji Morishita is a Japanese animation producer. He works with Production I.G and has held planning and production roles on numerous anime series and films.
He served as producer on the hand-drawn animated sequences in Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003). His other credits include producer on Dead Leaves (2004), Blood+ (2005) and xxxHOLiC (2006); associate producer on Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - Solid State Society (2007); executive producer on Usagi Drop (2011) and Haikyu!! (2014); and producer on Attack on Titan (2013) and The Apothecary Diaries (2023). He has also acted as executive producer or chief producer on later entries in the Psycho-Pass and Haikyu!! franchises.
Morishita is president of SIGNAL.MD, an animation subsidiary of I.G Port.
