Katy Mixon is an American actress. Born on 30 March 1981 in Pensacola, Florida, she trained at the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama after attending the Alabama School of Fine Arts.

She began her career with stage work at the Utah Shakespeare Festival and made her screen debut in the 2005 film The Quiet. Mixon gained recognition for her role as April Buchanon in the HBO series Eastbound & Down (2009–2013) and starred as Victoria Flynn in the CBS sitcom Mike & Molly (2010–2016). She later led the ABC series American Housewife (2016–2021).

Her film credits include Four Christmases (2008), State of Play (2009), Take Shelter (2011), Drive Angry (2011), Minions (2015, voice), and Hell or High Water (2016), in which she played Jenny Ann.
