Biography
Linda Thorson is a Canadian actress. Born Linda Robinson in Toronto, Ontario, she moved to the United Kingdom in 1965 to study acting and graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in 1967.
She is best known for playing Tara King, the successor to Emma Peel, in the final series of the British television series The Avengers (1968–69), opposite Patrick Macnee. She has since appeared in guest roles in numerous television series, including Star Trek: The Next Generation, Law & Order and Schitt's Creek, as well as films such as Curtains (1983) and Half Past Dead (2002). Thorson has also worked extensively in theatre.
