Biography
Lois Hall was an American actress. Born on 22 August 1926 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, she attended the Pasadena Playhouse drama school and began her film career in the late 1940s.
Her early credits included starring roles in Daughter of the Jungle (1949) and Pirates of the High Seas (1950), as well as appearances in Every Girl Should Be Married (1948), Love Happy (1949), My Blue Heaven (1950), Carrie (1952), Night Raiders (1952) and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954). She took a break from acting after the birth of her first child in 1957 and returned in the 1970s with guest roles on series including Marcus Welby, M.D. and Little House on the Prairie.
Hall appeared as Sister Constance in Dead Again (1991). Later credits included Gone in Sixty Seconds (2000), Flightplan (2005), Star Trek: The Next Generation (as Dr. Mary Warren), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Six Feet Under, Nip/Tuck, Cold Case and The Unit. She was also known as Miss Loey. Hall married Maurice Willows in 1953; he died in 1995. She died on 21 December 2006 in Los Angeles.
