Biography
Loni Peristere is an American television director, producer and former visual effects supervisor. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1971, he began his career in visual effects as a coordinator on the 1997 film Volcano. He later served as visual effects supervisor on series including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Firefly, winning an Emmy Award for the latter. He is a co-founder of visual effects studio Zoic Studios.
Peristere began directing in 2014, helming and producing episodes of Banshee. He has directed multiple episodes of American Horror Story and worked on series including The Witcher, House of the Dragon, Warrior and 9-1-1.
