Biography
Loudon Wainwright III is an American singer-songwriter and occasional actor. Born on 5 September 1946 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, he began performing folk music professionally in the 1960s and has released numerous studio albums.
His acting credits include small roles in films such as Big Fish (2003) as Beamen, The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005) as a priest, The Aviator (2004), Knocked Up (2007) and G-Force (2009). He also appeared in television series including MASH (three episodes in 1974–1975), Undeclared, Parks and Recreation and Person of Interest*.
