Biography
Lukas Reiter is an American television writer and producer. He trained as a lawyer, earning a BS from Northwestern University and a JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law, before working as an assistant district attorney in Queens County, New York.
Reiter began his television career writing for The Practice (1997), later contributing to Boston Legal (2004) as a writer and supervising producer. He has written episodes for Close to Home, The Forgotten, Outlaw and The Blacklist (2013), and served as executive producer on the latter. He created the series The Firm (2012) and co-created The Blacklist: Redemption (2017).
Reiter received an Edgar Award nomination and a Humanitas Prize for his work on The Practice. He is married to actress Elizabeth Bogush.
