Biography
Adam Arkin is an American actor and director. He was born on 19 August 1956 in Brooklyn, New York City. His father is the actor Alan Arkin.
Arkin began his career as a child actor and later became known for recurring roles including Adam on Northern Exposure (1990–1995) and Aaron Shutt on Chicago Hope (1994–2000). He has also appeared in films such as A Serious Man (2009) and series including Sons of Anarchy (2008–2010) and Modern Family (2009–2010).
As a director, Arkin has worked on numerous television series. His credits include episodes of Succession (2018), Poker Face (2023), Fargo (2014), Get Shorty (2017–2019) and The Night Agent (2023). He won a Daytime Emmy for directing the children's special My Louisiana Sky (2001).
