Biography
Mace Neufeld was an American film and television producer. Born in New York City, he began his career as a songwriter and talent manager before moving into production in the 1970s. He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for the 1981 television miniseries East of Eden.
Neufeld's feature film work began with The Omen (1976), which he executive produced. He went on to produce several Tom Clancy adaptations for the screen, including The Hunt for Red October (1990), Patriot Games (1992), Clear and Present Danger (1994) and The Sum of All Fears (2002). Other credits include Invictus (2009), The Equalizer (2014) and The Equalizer 2 (2018). He received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2003.
