Biography
Maher Ahmad is an American production designer and art director. Born in Pennsylvania, he trained in theatre and worked as a set designer in Chicago before transitioning to film in the 1980s.
He served as art director on films including GoodFellas (1990) and The Fugitive (1993). As production designer, his credits include DodgeBall: A True Underdog Story (2004), Zombieland (2009), The Hangover Part III (2013), Gangster Squad (2013) and Doctor Sleep (2019). He was nominated for a 1978 Joseph Jefferson Award for scenic design.
