Biography
Malcolm Stewart is a Canadian actor born on 15 May 1948 in Montreal, Quebec. He graduated from the University of Vermont and attended Columbia University Graduate School in New York.
Stewart made his Broadway debut in Dracula with Frank Langella and appeared in other Broadway productions including Bedroom Farce and Torch Song Trilogy. He has performed at theatres across the United States, including the Williamstown Theatre Festival.
He is known for film roles such as Jim Shepherd in Jumanji (1995) and the Technician in Moon (2009). In 2009 he was the only actor featured in three films at the Sundance Film Festival: Moon, Grace and Helen. His television credits include appearances in The X-Files, Smallville, Stargate SG-1, Riverdale and Chesapeake Shores.
