Biography
Marcus Henderson is an American actor. He was born on 13 September 1987 in St. Louis, Missouri, and trained at Alabama State University and the Yale School of Drama, graduating in 2011.
Henderson is known for his supporting roles in films including Django Unchained (2012) as Big Sid, Whiplash (2014) as the bassist, Get Out (2017) as Walter, and Pete's Dragon (2016) as Woodrow. On television he has appeared in Snowfall as Sgt. Andre Wright and as a series regular in Tacoma FD as Granville 'Granny' Smith. He has also voiced characters in Rick and Morty and Star Trek: Lower Decks.
