Biography

María Clara Notari is an Argentine production designer and art director, also credited as Clara Notari. She received a Silver Condor Award for best art direction in 2001 and a Platino Award for best art director in 2015.

She served as production designer and set decorator on Wild Tales (2014). Her credits include production design on Everybody Knows (2018) and art direction on Pain and Glory (2019), both directed by Pedro Almodóvar. Earlier work encompasses supervising art director on Che: Part One (2008) and assistant production design on Che: Part Two (2008), directed by Steven Soderbergh, as well as assistant art director on Almodóvar's Broken Embraces (2009).
