Biography
Mary Woodvine is a British actress. She trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and was a core member of Kneehigh Theatre. Her father is the actor John Woodvine.
She has appeared in numerous television series, including Doc Martin (as Joy Cronk), Poldark (as Mrs Teague), The Worst Witch (as Lynne Lamplighter) and EastEnders. Film roles include Sandra Leigh in Bait (2019), The Volunteer in Enys Men (2022) and Mary in Daddy's Head (2024). She is the partner of filmmaker Mark Jenkin, with whom she has frequently collaborated; they share a story credit on Rose of Nevada (2025), in which she plays Mrs Richards.
