Biography
Matt O'Leary is an American actor born on 6 July 1987 in Chicago, Illinois. He began his career with a lead role in the Disney Channel television film Mom's Got a Date with a Vampire (2000) and appeared in supporting parts in Domestic Disturbance (2001) and Frailty (2001).
He played Gary Giggles in Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams (2002) and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over (2003). O'Leary is known for his role as The Brain in the neo-noir film Brick (2005). Other credits include Live Free or Die Hard (2007), Natural Selection (2011), for which he shared the Breakthrough Performance award at the SXSW Film Festival, and Time Lapse (2014).
His later work encompasses The Lone Ranger (2013), Skyscraper (2018) and television appearances in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2019). O'Leary's acting career spanned from 2000 to 2019.
