Biography
Matteo Borghese is a television writer and producer. With writing partner Rob Turbovsky, he has contributed to series including Silicon Valley (2014), on which he worked as staff writer and writer, Lady Dynamite (2017), Black Monday (2019), Marvel's Hit-Monkey (2021) and Only Murders in the Building (2021–2024), for which he has also served as supervising producer and co-executive producer.
Borghese and Turbovsky both hold an MFA in screenwriting from the University of Southern California. They have developed pilots for several networks and contributed to feature films including Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018), Ghostbusters (2016) and Borat Subsequent Moviefilm (2020). Borghese has received multiple Emmy, Writers Guild of America and Producers Guild of America award nominations.
