Biography
Michael Hogan is a Canadian actor born on 13 March 1949 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. He trained at the National Theatre School of Canada and began his career in 1978 with stage work, including productions at the Shaw Festival, before moving into film and television.
He is best known for playing Colonel Saul Tigh in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica (2004–2009). Other notable roles include Billy in The Peanut Butter Solution (1985), Irwin Fairbanks in The L Word (2004–2006), and Gerard Argent in Teen Wolf (2011–2017). He has also provided voices for video games, including Doc Mitchell in Fallout: New Vegas and General Tullius in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Hogan is married to actress Susan Hogan.
