Biography
Michael London is an American film and television producer. He began his career as a production executive at 20th Century Fox, rising to Executive Vice President of Production, before working as a producer at USA Films and Focus Features. In 2006 he formed Groundswell Productions with Janice Williams.
London produced Sideways (2004), which received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture. Other film credits include Thirteen (2003), House of Sand and Fog (2003), The Illusionist (2006), The Visitor (2007), Milk (2008), Win Win (2011) and Trumbo (2015). He has also served as executive producer on television series including The Magicians (2015–2020) and Snowfall (2017–2023).
He received the Independent Spirit Award for Best Feature for Sideways and was named Producer of the Year at the 2006 Palm Springs International Film Festival.
