Biography
Nabil Koni is a Jordanian actor and casting director. He is based in Amman and has appeared in international films including The Hurt Locker (2008) as Professor Nabil, Incendies (2010) as Oncle Charbel, Fair Game (2010) as Iraqi Scientist #1, Zero Dark Thirty (2012) as Pakistani Doctor, and Under the Shadow (2016) as Mr. Bijari.
He has worked with directors including Kathryn Bigelow, Doug Liman and Denis Villeneuve, as well as Arab directors such as Ziad Doueiri, Arab and Tarzan Nasser and Amin Matalqa. Koni has also served as a casting director on several projects and supports emerging local and Arab talent.
