Biography
Nancy Kruse is an American animation director and artist. She was born on 26 August 1965 in California.
She began working on The Simpsons during its first season in 1989 as a background clean-up artist. She progressed to background and character layout roles before becoming an assistant director. Kruse directed her first episode in season 10 and went on to direct 25 episodes through season 22 in 2010.
She later worked at Walt Disney Animation Studios as a story artist on Wreck-It Ralph (2012), Zootopia (2016) and Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018), and as head of story on Encanto (2021).
