Biography
Natalie Morales is an American actress and director. Born on 15 February 1985 in Florida, she began her career with guest roles on series such as CSI: Miami before gaining notice for her lead performance in the ABC Family series The Middleman (2008).
She had a main role in the first season of White Collar (2009) and recurring parts in Parks and Recreation, Santa Clarita Diet and Dead to Me. Film credits include Battle of the Sexes (2017), The Little Things (2021) and No Hard Feelings (2023). She has also directed the films Plan B (2021) and Language Lessons (2021).
Morales appears as Shelley Morris in the Netflix miniseries The Beast in Me (2025) and has a recurring role as Dr Monica Beltran on Grey's Anatomy.
