Biography
Nathalie Richard is a French actress. She was born in Paris on 6 January 1963 and trained at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique, graduating in 1986 after spending a year in New York with the Karole Armitage dance company.
She received the Prix Michel Simon for most promising actress for her role as Cécile in Jacques Rivette's Gang of Four (1988). Richard is known for roles including Mathilde in Michael Haneke's Caché (2005) and Code Unknown (2000), Zoé in Olivier Assayas's Irma Vep (1996), Madame in Never Let Me Go (2010), and Véro in Young & Beautiful (2013). She has also appeared in The Animal Kingdom (2023) and as Nathalie in Bonjour Tristesse (2025).
