Biography
Nick Bakay is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer and sports commentator. Born in Buffalo, New York, he graduated from Kenyon College and received an MFA in acting from Southern Methodist University. He began his career in theatre and as a contributing editor for National Lampoon before moving into television writing and performing.
Bakay is known for voicing Salem Saberhagen on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (1996) and its animated series, and for his work as a writer and producer on The King of Queens (1998), 'Til Death (2006) and Mom (2013). He contributed story and teleplay credits to Two and a Half Men (2012–2013) and co-wrote the screenplays for Paul Blart: Mall Cop (2009) and its 2015 sequel. He has also appeared in guest roles on series including Seinfeld (1989) and That '70s Show (1998).
