Biography
Nicole Beharie is an American actress. She attended the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities and graduated from the Juilliard School with a BFA in drama. Her screen debut was the lead role in the 2008 drama American Violet, followed by parts in The Express (2008), Shame (2011) and 42 (2013).
Beharie starred as Abbie Mills in the Fox series Sleepy Hollow (2013–2016). Subsequent credits include episodes of Black Mirror, Little Fires Everywhere and Scenes from a Marriage, a main role in The Morning Show (from 2023), and the film Miss Juneteenth (2020). She appears as Allison Strider in the 2026 film By Any Means. She received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for The Morning Show.
