Biography
Peter Ferdinando is a British character actor. He was born in London.
He has collaborated extensively with his cousin, director Gerard Johnson, playing the title role in the film Tony (2009) and the lead in Hyena (2014), for which he won the Best Actor award at the Les Arcs Film Festival. He has also worked regularly with filmmaker Ben Wheatley, appearing in A Field in England (2013), High-Rise (2015) and as the Half-Face Man in the Doctor Who episode "Deep Breath" (2014).
Ferdinando played Spencer in David Mackenzie's Starred Up (2013). Other credits include Snow White and the Huntsman (2012), 300: Rise of an Empire (2014), Ghost in the Shell (2017), King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017) and Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre (2023).
