Biography
Phil Hookway, also credited as Philip Hookway, is a television editor. He began working in the editorial department as an assistant editor on series including Spooks (2002) and As If.
Hookway has edited episodes of Torchwood (2006), Being Human (2008–2009), for which he received a Royal Television Society Craft Award, Deep State (2018–2019), Doctor Who, Death in Paradise and numerous other British television dramas. Later credits include Young Sherlock (2026) and Sherlock & Daughter (2025).
