Biography

Quirin Berg is a German film and television producer. Born on 1 March 1978 in Munich, he studied production and media management at the University of Television and Film Munich. In 2003 he co-founded Wiedemann & Berg Film with Max Wiedemann; the pair established W&B Television in 2010. Both companies later became part of LEONINE Studios, where Berg serves as managing director and co-chief production officer for fiction.

Berg’s credits include the 2006 feature The Lives of Others, which won the Academy Award for Best International Feature Film, and the series 4 Blocks Zero (2026). Other productions encompass Never Look Away (2018), Dark (2017), Who Am I (2014), Welcome to Hartmanns (2016) and Sixty Minutes (2024). He is a member of the German Film Academy, the European Film Academy and the British Film Academy.
