Biography
Richard Holmes, also credited as Rick Holmes, is an American actor. He was born on 16 March 1963 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He holds a BA from Gettysburg College and an MFA in acting from New York University.
Holmes has appeared in numerous stage productions, including Broadway roles in Cabaret, Spamalot, Peter and the Starcatcher and Matilda the Musical. On screen he played Fred Weaver in the series Fosse/Verdon (2019) and has credits in films such as The Post (2017) and The Stepford Wives (2004), and television series including Modern Family, The Punisher and Atlanta.
