Biography
Robin Atkin Downes is a British actor known for his extensive work as a voice actor in animation, film and video games. Born in London on 6 September 1976, he earned a Master of Fine Arts from Temple University in Philadelphia.
Downes has voiced characters including Ack in How to Train Your Dragon (2010) and its sequel How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World (2019), Angelo in Suicide Squad (2016), and the creature vocals in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016). His other credits include additional voices in Prometheus (2012), Incredibles 2 (2018) and Frozen II (2019), as well as roles in The Umbrella Academy (2019) and The Flash (2014). Live-action television appearances include parts in Angel, Babylon 5 and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
