Biography
Robin Soans is a British actor and playwright. He trained and performed extensively in theatre, appearing at the National Theatre, the Royal Court Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare's Globe.
His stage work includes verbatim and documentary plays such as Talking to Terrorists (2005), A State Affair (2000) and Crouch, Touch, Pause, Engage (2015). On screen he is known for roles including Equerry in The Queen (2006), Arthur Bigge in Victoria & Abdul (2017), Pope Pius VII in Napoleon (2023) and appearances in the Doctor Who and The Princess Switch series.
