Roger Daltrey is an English singer, songwriter and actor. He is the co-founder and lead vocalist of the rock band The Who.

Daltrey was born on 1 March 1944 in Hammersmith, London. He has appeared in numerous films and television series, including the title role in the 1975 film Tommy and guest roles in series such as Highlander, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and The Mighty Boosh (2004).

He was appointed CBE and later knighted for services to music.
