Biography
Ross Anderson is a Scottish actor. He was born on 15 July 1987 in Paisley and grew up in Bo'ness, West Lothian.
He trained at Drama Centre London, leaving a year early in 2010 after being cast in the National Theatre of Scotland's Olivier Award-winning production Black Watch. His television debut came in the BBC series Privates (2013) as Lomax.
Anderson's film roles include The Silent Storm (2014), Unbroken (2014), Macbeth (2015), Crawl (2019) and The King's Man (2021). He has appeared in the series The Last Kingdom (2015–2022) as Domnal and its film sequel The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die (2023), as well as The Rig (2023) and Shetland (2024). He is cast as Ser Humfrey Hardyng in the series A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (2026).
