Roxanne Hart is an American actress. Born on 27 July 1952 in Trenton, New Jersey, she trained at Skidmore College and began her career on stage, appearing in productions including a national tour of Equus and several Broadway shows.

She made her film debut as Sally Doneghy in The Verdict (1982). Hart is known for her role as Brenda J. Wyatt in Highlander (1986) and as Nurse Camille Shutt in the series Chicago Hope (1994–1998). She received a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Play for her performance in Passion (1983).
