Biography
Rubens Santos is a Brazilian actor born on 14 January 1985 in São José do Belmonte, Pernambuco. He began his career in theatre and stand-up comedy before moving into film and television.
He is known for recurring collaborations with director Kleber Mendonça Filho, appearing in Neighboring Sounds (2012) as Adailton, Aquarius (2016) as Rivanildo, Bacurau (2019) as Erivaldo, Pictures of Ghosts (2023) as the Driver, and The Secret Agent (2025) as Natalício. Other credits include Divine Love (2019) as Genivaldo and the television series New Bandits (2023) as Facão.
