Biography

Sam Care is a British cinematographer. He is a graduate of the National Film and Television School and a member of the British Society of Cinematographers.

His television credits include Skins (2007), Misfits (2009), Marcella (2016), The Tunnel (2013–2018), Sherwood (2022) and Doctor Who (2024). Feature film work includes Another Mother's Son (2017) and Wet Season (2019).

Care received a BAFTA Cymru nomination for Photography & Lighting Fiction for the mini-series Born to Kill (2017).
