Biography
Sarah Brewerton is a British film and television editor. She studied fine art, painting and photography at university before entering the industry as a runner at an editing company and later training as an assistant editor.
Her television credits include editing the BBC series Life on Mars (2006) and Criminal Justice (2008), for which she won an RTS Craft & Design Award. She also edited the Channel 4 miniseries It's a Sin (2021), winning both RTS and BAFTA awards for her work. Film credits include additional editing on Raging Grace (2023) and editing The Velveteen Rabbit (2023).
Brewerton has worked on series such as Hustle (2004, as assistant editor), The Last Kingdom and Black Mirror, and continues to edit drama for television and film.
