Biography
Sarah Drew is an American actress and director. She began her career voicing Stacy Rowe in the MTV animated series Daria (1997–2001), a role she took on while still in high school. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in drama from the University of Virginia in 2002.
Drew is known for playing Hannah Rogers in the WB series Everwood (2004–2006) and Dr April Kepner in the ABC medical drama Grey's Anatomy (2009–2018; 2021–2022). Other credits include guest roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2007), Mad Men (2008–2009), Glee (2009) and Castle (2011), as well as the film Radio (2003). She has also directed episodes of Grey's Anatomy and its spin-off web series.
